Eugene Zimin

Founder and Visionary

Eugene Zimin is the founder of Pri-Num and started the company in 2013.

With more than 25 years of professional technology experience, Eugene holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and a post-graduate degree in Informatics and Computer Systems from Kyiv Polytechnic University.

While Eugene has completed ambitious projects in various fields, his specialty is in software development for payment solutions and engineering and design of telecom networks. In addition to building tech solutions, Eugene is also a fintech investor and also founded Pri-Num UK, a partner of VISA Inc. and a vendor for many payment companies.

Eugene previously served as both Chief Information Officer and Chief Innovation Officer for Ukrposhta, the Ukrainian postal operator. In 2013, Eugene joined the board of directors for GMS, employing his wealth of experience to guide the organization to greater visibility and growth. Outside his love for fintech and software, Eugene is an accomplished hockey player, having played in the USSR ice hockey championship and currently plays for HC Arsenal.

Yuriy Shramenko

CEO, Ukraine center

Yuriy has served as CEO of Pri-Num Ukraine since 2021.

With decades of experience in technology, finance, and agriculture, Yuriy is an analytical leader that thrives on solving complex problems with a systematic approach.

Before his time with Pri-Num, Yuriy was the co-founder and chairman of the board for Ukr.Pay. He led Ukr.Pay's business development operations and strategic planning, as well as created and implemented functional systems for the efficiency of business processes in banks and financial institutions." He also was chairman of the board for one of the business units of the Ramburs Group, driving organizational management, business planning, and enterprise management.

Yuriy studied at the postgraduate school of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture and completed a course in management, technology transfer, and innovation management at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. When he’s not working at Pri-Num, Yuriy enjoys skiing and waterskiing.

Favorite advice: Don't take troubles to heart.
Personal motto: There’s an old saying, don't spit in the well. It means that you should never harm anyone, and don’t be reckless or short-sighted.
Superpower: Sport gives me all the superpowers I need to overcome anything.
When I’m not at Pri-Num I’m at a ski resort or a water ski resort.

Artem Manoylo

Chief Technology Officer

Artem has served as Pri-Num’s Chief Technology Officer since 2013.

Drawing on more than 14 years of experience in banking, telecom, and fintech, Artem has a passion for developing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions. With expertise in designing and coding technical solutions within Java technology stack, Artem prides himself on quality communication that fosters cooperation among employees, leadership, and customers. At Pri-Num, Artem leads the hiring and management of the company’s software developers, leads design architecture, analyzes key system integrations, and drives the implementation of payment systems.

Before his time with Pri-Num, Artem was the IT team lead of Core Banking Systems at the PJSC International Investment Bank and also was an Implementation Engineer at NetCracker. Artem holds a computer science degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine. When he’s not developing innovative technology, Artem loves photography, playing soccer, and traveling the globe.

Favorite advice: Always start from the basics.
Personal motto: When you hit a dead-end, go back to look for the path you missed.
Superpower: Problem-solving
When I’m not at Pri-Num, I’m traveling with my family, exploring new countries, food, and wine.

Anastasia Zimina

Chief Growth Officer

Anastasia has served as Pri-Num’s Chief Operating Officer since 2014 and is also the Chief Growth Officer of Pri-Num UK.

With a wide range of experience spanning finance, technology, and artistic industries, Anastasia is a communications and organizational guru, specializing in marketing. She leads Pri-Num’s interaction with clients, directs the creative production of its marketing assets, spearheads digital marketing activities, organizes its events, and helps guide strategic developments. Anastasia holds a degree in business administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, a graduate diploma in fashion management from the University of Arts London, and a minor in Italian studies from the University of Notre Dame.

Before her time with Pri-Num, Anastasia led marketing efforts at companies in fashion, technology, and manufacturing. Outside of her work with Pri-Num, Anastasia is a fan of the United States Women's National soccer team, enjoys playing with her Old English Sheepdog, Zyama, and loves art and design.

Favorite advice: Don’t take things too seriously.
Personal motto: Hard work always pays off.
Superpower: Intuition and persistence.
When I’m not at Pri-Num, I’m playing soccer with my dog, at an art gallery, traveling, or reading.
Three words that describe you: Creative, responsible, and hard-working.
